Literature in Unexpected Places
At Margins X, location matters. We believe the spaces where we gather shape our conversations, so we seek out London's most distinctive venues—places with character, history, and atmosphere that complement the books we're discussing.
From speakeasies in Storeditch to rooftop bars in Wimbledon, whisky bars in London Bridge to cocktail bars in Hammersmith, each venue is carefully chosen to create memorable experiences that make literature come alive.
For every event in the Boozy book club series, we will search and high low for spaces that not only elevate the stories we will discuss, but leave lasting imprints that kick off the weekend.
How it works?
At the start of the month, we’ll tell you what book we will be discussing. We’ll also confirm the date and time of the event.
A week before the event takes place, you’ll be updated on the location and sent notes to help get your ready for the discussion.
At the event, you’ll come ready to meet likeminded people, full of curiosity for new talking points and ready to mingle.
